Main Responsibilities
As a Pre-Sales Engineer ,



you will support the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions to prospective clients in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understand market positioning and solution value to support sales efforts.
- Support Sales targets by providing Pre-Sales technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Sales Team with Sales plans , proposals , and tender responses (BoM, SoW, Diagrams).
- Write Services proposals and Scope of Works .
- Provide demonstrations , presentations , and consultation services to the Sales team and clients, including setting up demo systems.
- Support marketing activities , events, and development of marketing collateral and datasheets .
- Perform technical analysis , diagnosis , and problem-solving , aligning products/services with the client's business needs.
