KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking experienced Mechanical and Piping Engineers, Designers, and Modellers with 10-20 years of experience to support onshore, offshore, and FPSO projects in Chennai and Bangalore. The roles focus on delivering high-quality engineering and design solutions across the full asset life cycle, from FEED to detailed design and execution, ensuring optimized and secure plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings for static equipment, rotating machinery, mechanical handling systems, and HVAC systems
- Prepare datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, and perform technical bid evaluations for mechanical equipment and packages
- Conduct layout design and integration of mechanical systems with process, piping, and structural disciplines
- Review vendor documentation and provide engineering coordination with contractors and suppliers
- Perform design validation and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and knowledge
