- 10-15 years of experience in handling Oracle EBS/ Fusion implementation/ upgrade/ support projects.
- The candidate should have below experience.
- Should be very good oral/ written communicator with very good presentation skills.
- Extensive experience in handling end to end implementation of medium to high value projects ranging from 500K to 5M.
- Should have experience in handling Oracle EBS/ Fusion applications projects.
- Should be well versed with PMP processes and have execution experience.
- Should be able to drive project by keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress, risk identification and mitigation, metrics presentation.
- Should have experience in vendor management to manage other vendors involved in the project.




- Should have good exposure to quality processes like verification and validation.
- Exposure to external security/ quality audits can be added advantage.
- Experience in using tools like MS Projects/ Zoho, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office products like Excel, Power Point are required.
- Should have managed a diversified team with onsite offshore presence.
- Should have positive leadership qualities with coaching ability.
