Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews, telephonic interviews, surveys, and questionnaires to gather relevant market and industry insights.
- Engage with CXOs, industry experts, and key stakeholders to collect qualitative and quantitative data across various sectors, with a focus on the financial domain.
- Analyze research findings, validate information, and prepare concise summaries and actionable insights for client deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal research teams to support investment research, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and company profiling projects.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and timely project execution while adhering to quality guidelines.




- Build rapport with respondents and effectively manage stakeholder interactions in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Skill Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Primary Market Research (PMR).
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for contact list building and data management.
- Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics (preferred).
- Experience with email campaign management tools such as Clay.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker would be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
