Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service through voice, support.
Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, accurate, and helpful information.
Maintain and update customer records as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications : 12th Standard, or Graduate candidates can apply.




Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Advantages : Salary will be based on experience.
A two-way cab service will be provided.
US Night shifts.
Work From Office
5 Days working, 2 rotational week off.
Age Criteria - 18 to 29years
