Main Responsibilities and Duties (points explaining the duties and responsibilities, what must be done and why)
Comply with biosecurity controls according to the instructions and procedures.
Carry out instructions related to receiving eggs, packing, sorting, and transferring them to storage refrigerators as directed by the setter supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Carry out instructions related to egg setting operations and transferring eggs from refrigerators to the fumigation room, then warming and setting, as directed by the setter supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Carry out instructions related to transferring eggs from setters to hatchers as directed by the setter supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Carry out chick pulling from the hatchers to the sexing hall, then sexing and vaccination as directed by the hatcher supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Carry out sorting, spraying,
and loading of chicks as directed by the hatcher supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Carry out daily and periodic cleaning and disinfection as directed by the hatcher supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Wash and disinfect trolleys, egg trays, and hatcher trays as directed by the hatcher supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Sort the setters, remove contaminated eggs, and perform washing and disinfection as directed by the setter supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Dispose of solid waste and wash and disinfect the hatchers after completion of chick pulling, as directed by the hatcher supervisor, in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the work.
Clean and arrange the accommodation and its annexes as directed by the Deputy Hatchery Man
