One of the Big10s is looking for an experienced Manager – Financial Due Diligence to join a high-performing Transaction Advisory team.

Level- Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Associate Director
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
Analyze revenue, profitability, working capital, net debt, cash flows, and quality of earnings.
Identify key deal risks and provide actionable insights to support investment decisions.
Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, including planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax and other advisory practices.
Build and maintain robust client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
Mentor and develop high-performing teams of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Advisory in a client-facing role.
Strong understanding of M&A; transactions, financial statement analysis, and deal processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, teams, and client expectations.
