What you’ll do:
The Bangalore Site Program Manager will be responsible for leading Integrated Project Teams to successfully execute projects according to the Eaton PROLaunch Process through effective guidance, product development, customer satisfaction, effective resource allocation and reliable reporting to leadership. This includes Transitions Projects (STP), New Product Introductions (NPI) and/or critical business projects and their budget allocations.
-Manages the Profit and Loss of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Standard Transition Projects (STP). Responsibility, Authority and Accountability for every project scope delivery and successful execution within, technical, schedule, budget, cost, and quality commitments.
-Executes Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership across all projects. Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Coaches and provide feedback on performance indicators.
-Maintain the Master Plan of assigned Projects and Schedules. Forecast,



provide and maintain the program milestone attainment metrics with Integrated Program Schedule on a regular basis. Provide critical path analysis, schedule change impact statements and schedule recovery planning.
-Establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the program and project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
-Facilitates the implementation of program management processes at the site.
-Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the program and project teams by coordinating Program Management reviews, preparing & publishing metrics and reports.
-Manage effective customer communications. Provides overall Program interface with the customer. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and managing customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business.
