and Niche Mandates Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures with structured reporting Stay updated on industry hiring trends, talent demand, and market intelligence Desired Profile:2–6 years of experience in Lead generation / Saas / Staffing / Business development with-in US staffing or US market for New-Client Acquisition / Sales within: Recruitment agencies Executive search firms Staffing / Engineering consulting companies, E.g.: Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic etc. domain. Proven ability to acquire new clients in the US recruitment market Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, fee structures, and hiring models Experience selling to US corporate, MNCs, GCCs, or fast-growing startups Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-ownership role Good to Have: Existing HR / CXO network
