Qualification : - DME / BE: 12 -15 Years
Exp person should in Leading position for maintenance department last 4 year
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance of the all the machine of Plant
- Breakdown of Press shop, Weld shop, Pipe shop and Robot
- Maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and Hydraulic Press
- Pro-active approach for press machine issue identification rectification
- Thoroughly knowledge for press critical spare part maintain
- Cost reduction through TPM activity implementation
- Sound knowledge for Press operation pipe bending operation
- Documents for the Legal Compliance of maintenance Department
- Good Knowledge of the operations/maintenance process of plant / equipment / utilities-electrical , electronic, civil, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic etc.
- Valuable Knowledge of maintenance systems to improve machine uptime (preventive/predictive) and spares.
