Your responsibilities:
- Build and evangelize short-term and long-term product vision in close collaboration with internal stakeholders in product management, and other engineering teams including Client Services Team.
- Drive key product engineering initiatives multiple concurrent software development programs by partnering with Client Services and other stakeholders.
- Provide cross-functional project and program management leadership to ensure the successful and predictable delivery of Products and associated services.
- Plan execute key initiatives and processes that enables effective product development, strong quality assurance and predictable delivery
- Understanding client requirements and meeting client expectations by assisting product Managers in developing and executing product development strategies.
- Demonstrate a bias towards action and completing projects on time, with a high bar for customer success and quality
- Overseeing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders,
keeping all parties coordinated on the progress and deadlines for all projects.
- Report on risks, implement risk reduction plans, report on progress and otherwise provide project support to help ensure high quality, on-time delivery.
- Drive standardization of best practices effective processes in product development, quality assurance and release management across the engineering team.
- Instill best practices for software development, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- With a passionate, result oriented approach, drive teams to innovate and build robust software, allowing Pennant to maintain and grow its leadership position in this expanding market
- Track and publish the KPI s and overall status of the team(s) to the senior management team (SMT)
