What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Salesforce Development to join Eaton’s Corporate IT team based in EITC, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for hands on development while leading a team to build, enhance, and maintain our enterprise Sales application on the Salesforce platform. This role will play a key role in ensuring scalability, security, and compliance, while also supporting system integrations and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings solid expertise in Salesforce development and a demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, high quality, and maintainable solutions.
• Develop, configure, and deploy robust Salesforce applications using standard configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Flow, and related Salesforce technologies tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborates closely with developers to support user story development, perform peer testing, debug issues, and conduct performance tuning to ensure functionality, reliability, and successful achievement of sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Architects,



Developers, and other stakeholders to refine and estimate the user stories.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance limits.
• Manage enhancement requests, automation initiatives, and ensure minimal technical debt through best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, SSO, Named Credentials, Connected Apps, Canvas Apps, and frame.
• Works with the DevOps team and oversee controlled deployments to QA, pre-prod, and production orgs using CI/CD practices.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by addressing defects, technical debt, and enhancement requests.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies; recommend
