Role Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee operational, financial, and workforce management for Skilled Coding
- Review performance and provide strategic direction to improve service delivery
- Manage operations to meet client SLAs, including business continuity and recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO standards, and company policies
