Principal Responsibilities
Manage and ensure execution of new system developments including requirement finalization, managing UAT, defect management & resolution.
Commercialization of new systems to ensure RoI is met.
Identify and translate market opportunities into requirements enabling roll-out of new products or product enhancements to enhance profitability for Global Trade Solutions.
Manage various system based projects pertaining to GTS. Ensure smooth roll-out of various enhancements on core systems and other changes as per group mandates.
Deploy changes( local / Global) to HIE (HSBC Import – Export) & HTS (HSBC Trade Solutions) after assessing compliance with local regulations.
Role requirements / Educational Qualifications / Certification / Experience:
The job holder should have knowledge of GTS products & their construct. Importantly hands-on experience on HIE & HTS is a must in addition to possessing project management experience. Further, the job holder should be able to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions.
