Role & responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Coordination : To align and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Product Support : To assist product managers in daily business as usual tasks
- Portfolio Management & Reporting : To maintain portfolio checks and publish MIS
- Process Compliance : To ensure process SOPs and followed and implemented
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Product support role in BFSI Industry
- Technically sound in MS Office and BRD creation
