Manager GBS Project Management
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role will play an essential role in driving the successful delivery of projects within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, planning, coordinating, and executing projects/programs that optimize business processes, improve service delivery, implement current systems and support the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead E2E projects, by planning, managing, and execute all key initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget (where applicable).
- Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams in GBS and/or others, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop detailed project plans.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and deliverables.




- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Analyze the impact of change initiatives and develop preventive and corrective measures to ensure adoption
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off sessions, status updates, and lessons learned reviews.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to all relevant stakeholders, according to the Project Services reporting process.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within GBS by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and optimize ways of working.
- Maintain and ensure project documentation is up to date, as per our delivery standards, including status reports, risk logs, action plans, and project dashboards.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices within the GBS organization.
