Role Responsibilities :
- Manage sales reports, create proposals, and develop service contracts
- Update HubSpot/CRM with client and lead information
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for collateral and event management
- Follow up with customers, allocate leads, and manage contract renewals

- Timely preparation of proposals, SOWs, and MSAs
- Accurate CRM data updates and lead tracking
- Coordination of sales and marketing efforts for events and promotions
- Productive management of sales contracts and invoicing
