Role Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations and planning of medical coding deliverables
- Drive team activities and ensure SLAs for production and quality are met
- Handle client escalations and manage communication in client calls and meetings
- Initiate process improvements to enhance team performance
Key Deliverables :
- Manage KPIs and create a growth path for team members
- Ensure effective capacity/resource planning in line with forecasted workloads
- Maintain HIPAA and ISO compliance in all processes
- Prepare and complete client/internal reports, meeting agreed deliverables
