Role Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions on AWS and on-prem
- Administer IAM, network, VPN, DNS, and system monitoring tools
- Handle system performance, patching, backup, and restore operations
- Provide technical support for internal systems and participate in incident escalations
Key Deliverables
- Secure, scalable, and high-availability infrastructure deployments
- Regular monitoring reports and performance insights
- Effective user and access management via Active Directory and GPO
- System uptime and reliability in alignment with SLAs
