Role Responsibilities
- Audit coders' work and deliver timely quality feedback
- Coordinate across teams and lead calibration sessions
- Maintain QA reports and ensure compliance with client standards
- Identify process improvements and support coder performance

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate medical coding
- Share daily and weekly QA reports with team leads
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to coders based on audit findings
- Participate in improvement initiatives and quality reviews
