Job description
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience is mandatory.
- Hands on experience in liasoning in pre & post-sales shipping documents required.
- Coordinate with Plants, purchase, and marketing team for dispatch of goods.
- Must maintain EXIM related reports and documents
- Good communication skills and positive in individual correspondence
- Able to work independently with no supervision.
- Well-versed with import formalities and accounting aspects.
- Expert in all licences formalities
- Hands on experience in DGFT formalities
- Hands on experience in Advance License formalities, EPCG filling, MEIS application process etc.,
- Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export invoice, packing list, tracking shipment, letter of credit, coordination with overseas buyer, CHA, freight forwarders & shipping agents regarding shipment.
