Job description
- We are looking for a energetic and experienced Bidding Manager to oversee the tender proposal process
- for high-rise building design engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for
- identifying, preparing, and submitting competitive and compelling bids for design engineering services
- related to high-rise building projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of design engineering,
- building codes, and tender processes, along with strong project management skills to ensure timely,
- accurate, and high-quality proposals
- Tender Process Management:
- Review tender invitations and documents thoroughly to understand project requirements, timelines, and client expectations.
- Lead the preparation and submission of tender proposals for high-rise building design engineering projects.
- Develop a bid strategy and timeline for each project to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of all submitted bids material, effectively reflecting the latest company trends & offering.





Proposal Development & Coordination:
- Prepare a comprehensive design proposal that includes conceptual designs, technical specifications, engineering solutions, and compliance with internal governance process and relevant building codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, deliverable timelines, and cost estimates related to design engineering services.
- Coordinate with internal design engineering teams, architects, and sub-consultants to gather necessary project information, technical inputs and pricing.
- Draft and finalize bid documents, ensuring the proposal is aligned with the clients requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and present the final bid proposal to higher management for approvals through internal governance (Decision Gate) process.
