Position: Technical Architect

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead a team of Integration Architects and drive the architecture, governance, and strategic direction of enterprise integration platforms for one of our client. This role is responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions while supporting business transformation and technology modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Delivery Managers.
Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
Program Delivery & Governance
Oversee end-to-end delivery of integration programs, projects, and workstreams.
Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Provide executive reporting and serve as the escalation point for critical delivery issues.
Financial & Vendor Management
Manage integration delivery budgets, forecasts,



and cost allocation models.
Govern strategic vendor partnerships, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
Optimize vendor performance, resource utilization, and overall delivery costs.
Integration Strategy & Technology Oversight
Provide delivery oversight across SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Solace, and OpenText/EDI platforms.
Drive adoption of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automation practices.
Ensure delivery solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Required Experience
Expertise in integration architecture, middleware, or enterprise platform engineering.
Having expertise in people management experience leading architects or technical teams.
Solid knowledge of API Management, Cloud Integration, Event-Driven Architecture, and Enterprise Integration Platforms.
