Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between customers, sales, and product teams while ensuring successful adoption of our AI-powered quality engineering platform. In this role, you will lead customer trials, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and gather valuable product feedback to enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies, hands-on programming knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Trial Management :

Own the complete lifecycle of customer trials, from onboarding to successful completion.
Guide customers through product setup, configuration, and implementation.
Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes during evaluation periods.
Monitor trial progress, identify adoption challenges, and proactively resolve issues.
Deliver technical demonstrations, product walkthroughs,



and proof-of-concept sessions.
Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement requests to internal product teams.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless product experience.

Technical Consulting & Product Expertise

Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers throughout the evaluation process.
Explain product capabilities, workflows, and best practices.
Assist customers with product configuration, integrations, and implementation.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployments, integrations, and platform usage.
Provide guidance on software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and SDLC best practices.
Work closely with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales teams during customer evaluations and technical discussions.
