We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Engineering Program Manager to bridge the gap between breakthrough innovation and scalable manufacturing.



In this role, you will lead the end-to-end journey of current product development (NPD), from initial laboratory research (R&D;) to full-scale market delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid leader who possesses both the technical rigor of Technology Development, Product Development using Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles and strategic mindset required for Innovation Portfolio Management.
