About the Role
We are looking for a talented and innovative R&D; Mechanical Engineer to join our Power Capacitor development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the mechanical design, development, validation,



and continuous improvement of power capacitor products used in industrial, renewable energy, traction, and power electronics applications
What you will be doing:
• Design and develop mechanical assemblies and components for power capacitor products.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
• Perform mechanical calculations related to structural integrity, thermal performance, vibration, and tolerance analysis.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to production release.
• Conduct design verification, validation, reliability, and environmental testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and global R&D; teams.
• Evaluate and qualify new materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
• Drive cost reduction and product optimization init
