Accountabilities:

The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining reliable IT operations, supporting employees,



and ensuring that technology systems remain secure, efficient, and well-documented.
- Provide technical support to employees across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, software, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Manage and prioritize technical requests through ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related issues.
- Support device lifecycle management, including inventory tracking, setup, deployment, maintenance, and replacement.
- Configure and maintain security solutions including VPN, antivirus, MDM, backup systems, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security requirements, and operational standards.
