About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Area Sales Manager with experience in the Building Materials industry, specifically Tiles. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and strengthening market presence across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market coverage.
Drive secondary sales through effective channel management.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
Ensure product visibility, availability, and brand promotion across the territory.
Manage distributor stocks, collections, and order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the Tiles/Building Materials industry.
Proven experience in handling dealers and distributors.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Age should not exceed 35 years.
