As an Operations Manager,



you will lead a team of Operations Associates and oversee critical operational workflows that directly impact customer delivery and business performance. You will combine solid leadership, analytical thinking, and process improvement skills to ensure operational goals are achieved while supporting long-term scalability.
- Own a key area of the supply chain, including projects, operational improvements, resource planning, and team development initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–7 Operations Associates, helping them achieve performance goals and grow professionally.
- Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Manage communications with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle escalations, resolve logistical challenges, and identify solutions to improve workflows.
