Job Description:
- Setup and Configuration: Install and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms devices, including cameras, microphones, speakers, touch controls / panels and displays. Also includes space management platforms for rooms reservations etc.,
- Policy Management: Implement and manage policies for Teams Rooms devices to ensure compliance with company standards.
- System Updates: Regularly update Teams Rooms devices with the latest software and security patches.
- Troubleshooting: Provide remote support to resolve any technical issues with Teams Rooms devices, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors as needed.
- Room Management: Monitor the health and usage of Teams Rooms, performing regular checks and maintenance routines.
- User Support: Assist users with the operation of Teams Rooms equipment and provide user training when necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and facilities teams to improve the Teams Rooms experience for all users.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of device configurations, updates, and support activities.

Qualifications:




- Proven experience as a Teams Rooms administrator or similar role.
- Robust understanding of Microsoft Teams technology and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Microsoft Teams or related technologies.
- Experience with remote management tools and software.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.

Working Conditions:
- Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations outside of standard working hours.
