This Position
We are seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a book of US accounts for our compliance and cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will drive revenue through full-cycle sales, winning new business while expanding existing accounts. You will sell PCI DSS compliance services, the Asgard platform, and managed security solutions to US merchants,
payment providers, and strategic partners. This role requires a consultative sales approach combined with solid account management to ensure customer success and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Sales & New Business Development
- Execute complete sales cycles for assigned US accounts: prospect, qualify, conduct product demos (in collaboration with sales engineering), scope engagements, and close deals
- Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce with regular activity tracking and forecast updates
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market through strategic prospecting and outreach
Account Growth & Expansion
- Grow existing accounts through strategic renewals, retention and cross-selling of managed security services and additional compliance offerings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive expansion opportunities and referrals
