Summary:

As a Technical Lead / Senior Consultant in Oracle Cloud Service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high -performance, scalable customer service solutions using Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow). You will lead the end -to -end configuration, optimization, and governance of core modules such as Incidents, Contacts, Surveys, and Custom Objects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise security standards. Your expertise will drive the design and development of a robust, user -centric Customer Portal using up-to-date web technologies, while enabling seamless integration with external systems through REST, SOAP, and ROQL APIs. This role demands a blend of technical depth, architectural vision, and leadership to deliver innovative, maintainable solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across PAN INDIA.

Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) modules including Incidents, Contacts, Surveys,



and Custom Objects, to ensure scalable, high -performance solutions.
Architect and govern Workspaces, Business Rules, Workflows, and Single Sign -On (SSO) implementations in compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards.
Design, develop, and maintain the Customer Portal using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, prioritizing usability, performance, and brand consistency.
Develop custom scripts, widgets, and integrations to enhance portal functionality, delivering reusable and maintainable code.
Implement and manage CPM (Client -side Process Manager) for advanced client -side event handling, validations, and dynamic UI interactions.
Lead the development of UI Extensions, Add -ins, and enterprise integrations using SOAP, REST APIs, and ROQL to enable seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
