About You

you will be responsible for managing the Demand planning, Supply planning & ECM planning activities for India for both BTB and BTC Tissue businesses to ensure accurate and effective supply chain operations with timely delivery of products to meet customer demand. Job responsibilities include:

Demand Planning:
- Responsible to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, market analysis, and input from sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely with local supply chain leads, regional sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather necessary information for demand planning activities.
- This role involves analysing market trends, collaborating with various departments, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
- Adjust forecasts based on changes in market conditions, promotional activities, and customer behaviour.
