POSITION OVERVIEW
The Product Owner is an experienced, functionally deep Workday professional who owns one or more Workday modules end-to-end on behalf of Revantage and its PortCos.



This is not a passive coordination role — it is an active, hands-on domain mastery role. You are the subject-matter expert, the decision-maker, the stakeholder champion, and the product strategist for your assigned module(s). You will work across a complex multi-PortCo setting, running user forums, managing the release roadmap, driving adoption, and continuously finding ways to extract more value from the platform.
Revantage hires multiple Product Owners, each covering a cluster of related modules. Example ownership areas include: (1) Core HCM, Onboarding & Workday Help; (2) Compensation & Advanced Compensation; (3) Recruiting, Paradox & HiredScore; (4) Talent & Learning; (5) US Benefits & US Payroll; (6) People Analytics & Peakon. While specific module assignments may vary, the role profile, expectations, and seniority level are consistent across all Product Owner positions.
