About you on this role

The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Improvement Specialist supports the ISC Improvement organization by executing and sustaining defined work processes, systems, and standards to enable consistent, compliant, and high-quality operations across the integrated supply chain. The role contributes through reliable execution, structured problem solving, process documentation, and capability support.



Working under guidance of ISC Improvement Leader, ISC Improvement Managers and Senior ISC Improvement Specialists, the role ensures disciplined execution of improvement activities, supports training and adoption, and contributes to incremental process improvements across aligned sub-functions. The role is well‑suited for individuals who are proactive in learning and problem solving, take ownership of assigned work, and operate effectively under guidance while aligning with established standards and governance.

Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery:
Support execution of assigned improvement initiatives within a defined scope, including data gathering, documentation, tracking, and reporting. Contribute to implementation of solutions and ensure adherence to defined timelines, standards, and governance.
- Escalation Management & Resolution:
Provide first-level support for operational and process
