Accountabilities:

As a Senior Virtualization Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure platforms while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will manage incidents, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain secure and reliable technology environments.
- Monitor and manage customer infrastructure platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot client device, application, virtualization, storage, and networking issues through remote support channels.
- Own assigned incidents from identification through resolution while maintaining accurate documentation in ticketing systems.
- Provide technical support for virtualization environments, including compute, storage, backup, and network infrastructure
