Job Description:

Responsible for new business development to ensure the sales targets are met.
Responsible for identifying the potential market and developing business through various promotional and sales activities.
Regular visits to market & supervising the sales team to build long-term client relationships
Generating new leads from the healthcare industry such as hospitals, nursing homes etc.
Meet and make presentations to owners and senior management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Following up with prospects, negotiating and closing orders.
Achieving sales targets given by the manager.
Weekly report to GM regarding activity and sales.
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Accountable to achieve annual sales targets as defined.
Job Requirements :-





Any Graduate (or) Diploma of Sale and Marketing (or) MBA
Valuable command of the English language, good communication, Computer skill, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and long hours
previous working experience as a Sales Male or Female age (35) and above.
