Accountabilities:

As an IT Systems & Security Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing core IT infrastructure, strengthening security operations, and improving internal technology processes. You will act as a senior technical resource, supporting employees, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring compliance standards are consistently maintained.
- Lead advanced configuration, optimization, and administration of enterprise SaaS platforms, including identity management, collaboration tools, and productivity systems.
- Design and maintain SSO integrations, IAM policies, and access governance processes to ensure secure and effective user management.
- Identify infrastructure improvements and implement technical solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
