Job Title: Shift Engineer – Production / Shift Engineer – Roller
Production

Reports to: Channel Group Manager

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Job Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad (Nodal Pick-up Drop available from
Ahmedabad)

Shift: Must be willing to work: Rotational shifts (Weekly

Purpose of the role: To support and drive improvements in day to day operations
of the factory by optimizing Man, Machine Material and Method for delivering
performance of factory in term of SQDCWE.

Responsibilities

1. Production deliveries schedule control, channel efficiency improvement
activities, shift Management, resource allocation, manning.
2. Monitor cycle time optimization efficiency and improve performance of
bottleneck m/c
3. Conduct audits and certifications
4. Drive the deployment of SKF Production System in the Factory and Getting
him/herself updated with recent tools and methods in SPS tools.
5. Support the team for developing new standards and Facilitating different
improvement projects up to conclusion
6. Drive and facilitate the deployment of Master plan , daily management and
KPI’s in the factory
7. Drive the Culture of Kaizens in the factory
8. SLR improvement activ
