Accountabilities:

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer focused on Data Products,



you will serve as a technical anchor responsible for designing, developing, and scaling systems that enable advanced data insights. You will help define technical direction, collaborate with multiple engineering teams, and deliver high-impact solutions across cloud and self-managed environments.
- Architect and build systems that ingest, model, and synchronize internal and external data into a near-real-time knowledge graph.
- Design integrations with external platforms such as project management, observability, customer support, and enterprise service systems.
- Develop data access solutions that allow customers to consume platform data through up-to-date analytics technologies and cloud data warehouses.
- Build and maintain APIs and data delivery capabilities, including observability data outputs.
- Define operational readiness standards and ensure reliability across SaaS, dedicated, and self-managed deployments.
