Accountabilities:





The Logistics Assistant will support daily logistics operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring operational processes run efficiently. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enter and maintain logistics, shipment, and inventory-related data accurately in ERP systems and internal tracking tools.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, shipping labels, and related operational paperwork.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Manage shipment activities through platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and similar logistics tools.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Logistics Coordinators and managers.
