Eligibility Criteria:
* Educational Qualification:
Mechanical / B.E- Mechanical
* Years of experience:
* BE Mechanical engineer: Minimum 4 -10 years of relevant experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Quality Management system
* Create & review the QMS documents Control plan, SOP, Check list as per ISO
9001:2015 standard.
* AAR- QMS – M934 & M1003 - implementation in the plant
* Develop & Implement QAP as per RDSO requirement
* Quality Auditing
* Conduct the Internal / external audits according to ISO 9001:2015, Product
audit, Process audit, AAR audit as per standard.
* Manufacturing Process Quality
* Drive Zero defect approach in channel & create the culture for First time
right quality
* Implementation of QMS on channel (Control plan, PFMEA, SOP)
* Drive the Scrap/Loss/Rework improvement project though A3 Problem solving
/Kaizen/Daily Management tool.
* Drive process capability improvement on channel
* Engineering change management and r
