Job Summary

The Manager - Human Resources is responsible for leading Talent Management,
Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, and HR Governance
programs for PACCAR India. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR
Business Partners, and global HR teams to attract, develop, engage, and retain
talent. The position drives organizational capability, succession planning,
performance management, rewards strategy, and data-driven HR decision-making to
support business growth and employee experience.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

* Lead the development and execution of talent management strategies aligned
with business goals.
* Drive talent reviews and succession planning processes across the
organization.

Performance Management

* Coordinate and administer the performance management cycle, including goal




setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management policies
and processes.
* Analyze performance data and identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.

Learning & Development

* Build annual capability-building strategy aligned with business priorities
* Design and lead leadership development and career growth programs
* Partner with external learning providers and internal SMEs
* Drive learning impact measurement and ROI

Employee Development & Career Management

* Promote career development frameworks and internal mobility programs
* Support talent assessments and career pathing initiatives

Workforce Analytics & Reporting

* Generate actionable insights through workforce analytics to support strategic
talent and rewards decisions.
