Job Summary

The role is based in Hyderabad and requires a strong ability to partner with hiring managers, understand workforce needs, build quality talent pipelines, and deliver timely closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience. The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer rollout, and onboarding support, while contributing to hiring quality, process discipline, and employer branding.

Role & responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions, levels, and hiring categories.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions aligned to business needs and market realities.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach.
