About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Conversion Tracking, with the ability to drive performance and maximize ROI across various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Implement and monitor Google Ads Conversion Tracking, including lead forms, calls, purchases, and custom events.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.




- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and web development teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data collection across digital marketing channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience in setting up and validating Google Conversion Tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
