The role focuses on delivering Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations, supporting clients through process optimization, system configuration, and end-to-end deployment activities. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple projects, combining technical expertise with strong consulting and client management skills. Accountabilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise on Treasury Management Systems, supporting client engagements related to treasury transformation, process optimization, system assessments, and technology implementations.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, interface development, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Lead system configuration efforts and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with client business requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process flows, user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, and implementation deliverables.
- Conduct client training sessions and support change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption.
