Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our SharePoint environments (both on-premises and Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, security, performance optimization, and user support while enabling collaboration across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
- Administer and manage SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server environments
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of SharePoint platforms
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance
- Manage user access, permissions, and security policies in compliance with organizational standards
- Configure and maintain SharePoint farms, site collections, and web applications
- Support and manage OneDrive, Teams, and M365 integrations
- Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Manage migration activities (on-prem to cloud / tenant-to-tenant)
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting
- Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices are followed across the SharePoint ecosystem
- Provide L2/L3 support
