The Senior Manager, Adoption Services — Oracle Health is responsible for leading a regional team of Adoption Services professionals supporting healthcare and life sciences customers across India and the broader Middle East & Africa region. This role provides people leadership, delivery oversight, customer engagement, partner collaboration, and adoption / change management expertise to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Health solutions.
The Senior Manager will lead a team of approximately 10–12 adoption professionals, providing coaching, prioritization, delivery guidance, performance management, and operational leadership.



The role will support both pre-sales and delivery activities, helping shape adoption strategy early in customer engagements and ensuring effective execution through implementation, go-live, optimization, and long-term value realization.
This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal Oracle stakeholders. The role requires a robust understanding of healthcare environments, clinical and operational workflows, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, end-user enablement, and technology adoption. The Senior Manager will work closely with sales, delivery, product, consulting, partner, and regional leadership teams to align adoption activities with customer objectives, Oracle methodology, delivery standards, and measurable business outcomes.
