Accountabilities:





The Service Delivery Coordinator will support recruitment delivery operations by coordinating workflows, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, recruiters, and internal teams.

- Work closely with recruiters to support timely candidate delivery and ensure priorities are aligned.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and operational data related to team submissions and client progress.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and clients.
- Respond to client queries and provide timely operational support.
- Maintain workflow tools, including role allocation and task management systems, according to team processes.
