As a Performance Marketing Manager,



you will take ownership of paid growth initiatives, campaign performance, analytics frameworks, and cross-functional marketing execution. Your mission will be to maximize acquisition efficiency, improve customer journeys, and create scalable growth strategies through data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute end-to-end paid acquisition strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic advertising, and emerging platforms.
- Manage and optimize substantial multi-channel marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend against CAC, ROAS, and growth objectives.
- Build localized acquisition strategies tailored to different markets, customer segments, and geographic corridors.
- Oversee tracking and attribution systems, including GA4, mobile measurement platforms, server-side tracking, and conversion APIs.
